Our Mission

Everything we do is driven by our commitment to build the best machines possible.  Our mission is to ensure that customers maximize productivity with presses that are continually up and running.

We design and manufacture our presses to last. Even still, we understand that valves and seals will eventually need replacement. This is why we stock these items for quick fulfillment and are willing to ship spare parts for testing and troubleshooting (even without a PO).

Our presses typically perform reliably for 30 years or more. At which time, we can remanufacture them and extend their work life cycle even further.

We are a family-owned business. We are a family that believes in trust and old-fashioned values. We respect each relationship and judge each situation individually, with fair, common-sense decision-making, rather than corporate policies.

We have never had a service department as a profit center. Should a Digital Press need attention from the factory, the person who arrives is someone who participated in designing and building that machine from the ground up.  Recently implemented, Digital Press maintains an inventory of wear parts needed for routine scheduled maintenance over the lifespan of our presses.

Our mission is to build equipment that keeps production lines up and running with the lowest cost of ownership for customers as possible. We design communications and test capabilities into controls and test fixtures on our machines that allow customers and us to quickly diagnose most any problem. This enables us to put presses back online fast–often, within a half hour and usually no longer than three hours.

Family is what we are really all about. We know that keeping production lines up and running is critical for our customers’ and their employees’ livelihoods. Digital Press’s true purpose is to provide for our family and the families of our employees. Phillip Crosby once said, “Organizations exist so people can have lives.” This is why we exist.
