550 Ton CNC Powder Press

Our 550 Ton CNC Powder Press comes standard with a pre-fill tank and jack ram for rapid motion of upper ram as well as several other standard features and options. including:

  • a high flow/low pressure double pump for rapid movements of the main rams and pilot pressure
  • a power unit that is separate from the frame
  • the capacity for a 10" fill, 14" die
  • a resolution in increments of 1 tons
  • a prelift max holding force of 396 tons
  • an optional CNC closed loop core pin or core pin/secondary lower punch combo is available (this secondary lower punch has an independent dedicated pump and motor)
  • rear access to back of tooling between frame and tank
  • a minimal footprint requiring a mere 38" pit or platform
